الحافلة

My 4-year-old now shouts "un autobus orange et vert!" every time we pass a city bus, which is entirely this little book's fault. The simple repeated vocabulary is perfect for beginners, and the wait for the bus at the end keeps him turning pages.

The repetition of orange and green on every page makes it easy for my toddler to chime in with the colors while we read. The moment the bus finally pulls up still gets a little cheer at our house every time.

The repeated orange and green cars make it easy for my son to pick up the color words before the bus even shows up. Only wish the ending had one more page, since he always asks to read it again right away.
