We used these farm stories for our homeschool science unit and they fit right in with the pets and environment topics we were already covering. Since everything's in French, my kids get reading practice without it feeling like a separate lesson.

My daughter's French teacher recommended this for extra practice, and the farm stories actually make her excited to read about animals and their habitats.

My kid actually enjoys reading these farm stories because they weave in social studies and science topics without feeling like a lesson. The French vocabulary is simple enough for a beginner to follow along.
